I noticed some very nice things about my body during today’s workout / I am gonna be sore tomorrow.
my back bend is getting deeper and deeper.
//some people are only good when it is convenient or beneficial. they are quick on their feet and dance in circles. they may just be scared or hurt. continue to be open and reach, show what it means to be steady; but let people come and go. you are worth more than convenience and your proximity.
